How to make an order?

You can make purchases in our pharmacies anytime, anywhere, using a computer, tablet or smartphone with Internet access. The intuitive interface, accessibility and a complete database of drugs will make your purchases easy and enjoyable. When placing an order, you can take the advice of a support service specialist or pharmacist.

Draw your attention to:

• when ordering prescription drugs, a prescription is required;
• psychotropic drugs and drugs with anabolic activity, are not accepted through the website for ordering.

Is there any way to track my order?

You may check the order status if you log into our support site. Within several days after shipping the package, you will receive your tracking number and the web-link to check the status online.

When will my credit card be charged?

Your credit card will be charged as soon as your order is processed and accepted by our billing department.

When will my package arrive?

It depends on the shipping type of your order. The usual waiting time for AirMail Delivery is 2-4 business weeks (package may be delivered earlier). The EMS Delivery waiting period is 5-9 business days. If any delay occurs, please, contact our support care department and we will resolve the situation.
